DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transport)

The DART railway links towns along Dublin's east coast with the city centre and with train services to the rest of Ireland.

Luas

Luas is Dublin's light-rail tram system. It consists of 2 lines, the Red Line, running from Connoly Station in the city centre to Tallacht in the south-west of Dublin, and the Green Line, from St Stephen's Green in the centre to Sandyford in the south-east

Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport is approximately 10 km (6 miles) north of Dublin city centre. The airport is near the M50 and M1 motorways and served by regular buses from the city centre and nearby train stations.

Ferry Ports

Dublin is served by two international ferry ports: Dublin Port, to the west of the City Centre, and Dun Laoghaire Harbour, approximately 12km south of Dublin the city in County Dublin. Car and passenger ferry services run from Dun Laoghaire to Holyhead and from Dublin to Holyhead, Liverpool, and Douglas on the Isle of Man.
